If you send an offer to a ZipForms and Form Simplicity listing, that agent will get a free RE-Sure account for the life of the transaction + 30 days. Using RE-Sure Sign (a tool similar to DocuSign) any pdf document can be edited, signed and sent to other parties.

With these tools, RE-Sure is fully compatible with not only ZipForms and Form Simplicity but other contract platforms.

I have all my documents & contacts stored on another platform like ZipForms and Form Simplicity, can I move them to RE-Sure?

Absolutely! You can export your Contacts, Docs/Clauses, and Past Transactions and read them into RE-Sure at no cost to you.

Can I create and send contracts directly through RE-Sure?

Yes. With RE-Sure you can create, edit, and send all real estate documents and contracts directly from the platform. Our built-in contracting tools guide you step by step, while MLS autofill saves time and ensures accuracy. Once your contract is ready, you can send it for secure e-signatures with full tracking and audit trails, so you always know the status of every document.

Does RE-Sure autofill property details from the MLS?

Yes, we take the direct property details from the MLS. We are directly linked to Wyoming MLS, NWBOR MLS, Teton MLS with more on the way!

Can I track offers and counteroffers in one place?

Yes. With RE-Sure’s Transaction Dashboard, you can track every offer and counteroffer in one centralized location. The dashboard organizes all activity by transaction, giving you a clear view of who has responded, what terms have changed, and where each deal stands. How does my client access a contract from RE-Sure?

The contract is sent to your client via the “Client Portal” through an email link sent by you. At any point in time, they can click on this email link to access the “Client Portal” and view their documents, see emails, view actions, and upload documents all in one simple portal.

How does the CRM (Contacts Page) work inside RE-Sure?

You can utilize the CRM (Contacts Page) to track every single contact including potential buyers/sellers, fellow Real Estate Agents, and vendors. The RE-Sure Mobile App has a business card scanner, and then you have the capability to “tag” clients as buyers/sellers/vendors, and even add specific information about them including favorites, family information, birthdays, home anniversaries, etc. This is a great place to keep track of all of your contacts.

Can I store and organize documents securely in RE-Sure Drive?

Yes. RE-Sure Drive is built for secure document storage and organization. You can upload, categorize, and access all your files with ease, while advanced security features ensure your contracts and client information remain protected at all times.

Will I get notifications when a document is opened or signed?

Yes, every time a document is signed by you or your client, you will get an email notification as well as a notification on the RE-Sure Mobile App.

How does RE-Sure handle electronic signatures?

RE-Sure uses Adobe Certified Digital Signatures guaranteeing authenticity and integrity of your signed documents . RE-Sure also enforces “Sole Control” to prevent unauthorized signing.
