When does the SMDRA RE-Sure Enterprise License start?

The benefit begins October 1st, 2025.

How much will this cost me?

Nothing extra.

It’s fully included as a free benefit of your SMDRA membership — saving you over $500 compared to legacy solutions.

How do I sign up?

You don’t need to do anything. RE-Sure will email you by early September with:

Your account information

A login link

Your password

What if I’m already a RE-Sure subscriber?

Monthly subscribers: Your account will automatically transition to the new SMDRA plan by October 1st, and your monthly auto-pay will stop.

Yearly subscribers: RE-Sure will add your remaining months in the annual subscription to the end of the SMDRA benefit term.

What if I don’t renew my SMDRA membership?

If your SMDRA membership lapses, your RE-Sure subscription will also end. You can then choose to:

Continue with a paid RE-Sure plan at special member pricing

OR

Discontinue the service.

What happens at the end of the first year?

SMDRA will decide whether to renew the enterprise license. If it’s not renewed, you’ll be able to continue your RE-Sure membership at over 50% off the legacy product price.

How will training work?

Starting in October, RE-Sure will offer:

2 Zoom classes per week

1 in-person class per week through November

Additional sessions for large groups or as needed after the initial training period.

What if I’m happy with CTMe and don’t want to transfer?

No problem — transferring is optional.

But remember:

RE-Sure saves you money: RE-Sure is free to SMDRA members (saving you $500+), It includes RE-Sure Sign to replace DocuSign

Will anyone with a Real Estate License be able to see my data?

RE-Sure believes in protecting your data. At the same time, we assure prompt, effective customer service with trained staff. No RE-Sure employee with an active Colorado Real Estate License will have access to subscriber data (transactions, contacts, account info), or data transfer information from other systems, unless approved by the subscriber.
