December Updates
As we wrap up the year, we’ve been hard at work improving RE-Sure based on how agents and clients actually use the platform day to day. Over the past few weeks, we’ve rolled out several updates focused on making transactions easier to manage, documents simpler to access, and workflows more efficient.
RE-Sure’s December update centers on improving transaction clarity, document control, and deal efficiency across the platform. These enhancements strengthen RE-Sure as a modern transaction platform, with improvements spanning transaction filtering, document management, offer creation, and digital signing workflows.
Reverse Offer
You asked for it, we listened and built it.
RE-Sure now supports Reverse Offers, allowing sellers to initiate offers directly on their own listings.
A Reverse Offer lets the seller define terms upfront and present an offer to a buyer, reversing the traditional offer flow and giving sellers more control over negotiations.

How it works
A new “Reverse Offer” option is available on the Listing Card.
Sellers can manually add Buyer and Buyer Agent details.
Creating a Reverse Offer automatically populates key contract fields in the Exclusive Right to Sell such as the purchase price, property address, and seller information.
Co-brokers can be added by email search or manual entry within the offer document.
This feature enables faster deal initiation and gives sellers a proactive way to move transactions forward.
Global Transaction Filter
Transaction filtering in RE-Sure has been redesigned to improve clarity, speed, and consistency when managing deals.
Filters now appear at the top of transaction cards within the Transactions tab, keeping key controls visible and eliminating clutter near the search bar. Statuses have been simplified, and the filter layout has been reorganized to match how users actually work.

Key improvements
Terminated, Archived, and Deleted statuses have been consolidated into a single “Other” status.
Buyer Sales and Listings now appear first, followed by remaining statuses.
Filter and Reset controls have been moved to the far left for faster access.
The filter icon has been updated to a modern settings-style control.
Improved spacing between filters and actions for better usability.
This update makes it faster to scan, filter, and manage transactions, especially for users handling high deal volume.
Changes to Client Document Experience
RE-Sure has streamlined document management across the Client Dashboard and Client Portal to create a more secure, centralized transaction experience.
Documents are no longer shared as standalone email links. Any file sent to a client now appears directly inside their dashboard, keeping all transaction documents tied to the deal.

What’s new
Clients access documents directly from the Client Dashboard and Client Portal.
Documents open using a consistent “View” action.
Built-in viewing supports all major file types, including Property Docs, Listing Docs, and RE-Sure Sign documents.
“Customer Docs” has been renamed to “Agency Docs” across the platform.
“Document Signing” is now labeled “Transaction Docs.”
File-type icons and activity logs improve visibility and tracking.
Agents can insert a direct Client Dashboard link when emailing clients.
All documents can be exported anytime as a single ZIP, including a readme summary.
Listing document downloads are limited to Seller Agents.
This update reinforces RE-Sure as a complete transaction platform by reducing email clutter and improving document security and organization.
Introducing Envelopes to RE-Sure Sign
RE-Sure Sign now includes Envelopes, allowing multiple documents to be grouped under a single signer list.
Envelopes simplify multi-document signing by applying the same signers across related files and keeping everything organized in one place.

Highlights
Create Envelopes directly from the documents folder.
Documents inside an envelope automatically inherit envelope signers.
Existing folders can be converted into Envelopes.
Documents can be moved between envelopes with optional signer application.
A dedicated Envelope Details page shows signers and documents.
Ability to send entire envelope to signers in one single email.
Envelope documents remain linked when imported into RE-Sure.
This update reduces repetitive setup and streamlines signing workflows at scale.
